In case you don't know,I am Adewale Adeoye, hmmmnnn, I am a brand expert,Event Planner, Social Media Relations Expert..ahahahahaha..all is English jare..I am a Blogger shikena!
Growing up had so much in it..funny periods, exciting periods, and the painful periods..ah..painful periods are those period when my Uncle comes around and find us outside with other children playing football..we sight him from afar and we have to run off into the house..wash our legs and pretend we were either reading or doing other chores and here comes the bang on the gate and I hear ''Deoye!''..we dare not respond quickly because he'll know we were outside and we had seen him..it gets 'messier' when you open the gate and the next thing you hear is ''Lo wa egba wa fun mi'' meaning ''Go and get me a cane!'' You wonder as a kid how he still got to know you were outside, funny. You make sure you get the tiny cane from the cane store and he goes in to bring the thicker one..the neighbours dare not come around else the effort used in delivering judgement on us is increased. As Children we never wished our 'wicked' Uncles to return home on time from work or even for holidays..then their sizes were like giants and I wished I could go back to the period and really see their real sizes..old memories..these dealings are part of the discipline we got as kids but then to us it was wickedness..what are you going through today..it's just a stone for you to step on to your greatness..more to come tomorrow..go to church today ehn..
